Who runs this site
Larry Nguyen runs larrynguyenofficial.com and decides how the information described here is used. It is a personal artist website with no accounts, no logins, and nothing for sale.
What gets collected
Nothing is collected until you agree to it. If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, the site loads Google Analytics, which uses cookies to measure how visitors use the site. Through it Google may process your approximate location, device and browser type, the pages you view, and a shortened version of your IP address. This is used only to understand which music and pages people care about, never to identify you personally.
If you decline, no analytics load and no analytics cookies are set. The site works exactly the same either way.
Who processes it
Analytics are handled by Google as a processor. You can read how Google uses this data in the Google Privacy Policy. The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs needed to deliver the pages and protect against abuse. The Spotify player loads from Spotify when a page with it opens, while the YouTube player loads only when you click play. Both platforms have their own privacy terms and may set their own cookies once they load.
Your choice and how to change it
Analytics run only on your consent, and you can change your choice at any time. Your choice is remembered in your browser. To change it, open and pick again. When you withdraw, analytics stop collecting from that point. Any cookies already set stay in your browser until they expire or you clear them. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the site treats that as a decline and never loads analytics.
Do not sell or share my information
This site does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross context behavioral advertising. There is no advertising and no data broker involved. If you would rather no analytics run at all, decline in the cookie banner or open and choose decline, and the site will honor a Global Privacy Control signal automatically.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete information about you, and to opt out of analytics. Because analytics data is collected without names or accounts, declining or clearing your browser data is usually the fastest way to remove it. How long data is kept
Analytics records are retained by Google for up to 14 months and then deleted automatically. Server logs are kept only as long as needed to run and secure the site.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.
